How to File an LTL Freight Claim
While it is rare for an LTL shipment to go missing, we are here to support you if an issue arises. If you need to report lost or damaged cargo, please follow our freight claim process below.
Step 1: Submit Your Claim
To begin, visit our dedicated claims page: . You will need to provide the following claim information:
- Contact Details: Your name and email address.
- Claim Value: The total monetary value of the loss or damage.
- Incident Type: Specify if the item was lost or damaged.
- Evidence: Attach photos or any supporting documentation (such as the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt).
Step 2: Access the Claim Portal
Once you submit, you will receive a confirmation email from claims@freightzy.com. This email will include your login credentials for our dedicated claim portal, where you can track the status of your request.
Step 3: Resolution Timeline
