1. Choose Your Shipping Form

Depending on your needs, you can select from three specialized forms:

• Short Form: Optimized for speed. Perfect for getting instant shipping quotes.
• Full Form: Used for detailed LTL booking when you have all shipment specifics ready.
• Parcel Form: Specifically for smaller package shipments.

2. Getting an Instant Quote (The Short Form)

If you need a fast rate, the Short Form is your best friend. Simply fill in the highlighted fields to see:

• Market Rates: A variety of competitive options.
• Transit Times: Estimated delivery windows for each carrier.
• Guaranteed Rates: Scroll to the bottom of the list for "Guaranteed" service options when timing is critical.

Pro-Tip: Don’t lose your rate! LTL quotes can be emailed or saved within the portal for up to 7 business days.

3. From Quote to Booking

When you’re ready to move your freight:

1. Select "Book" from the action menu on your saved quote.
2. Enter the specific load details (addresses, contact info, etc.).
3. Automatic Saving: To save you time, all shipper, receiver, and product information is automatically stored for future use.

4. What Happens After Booking?

Once you hit "Book," we take it from there. The Freightzy dispatch team is notified immediately to handle the carrier coordination.

• Real-Time Visibility: You will receive an automated shipment notification when the load is dispatched and picked up.
• End-to-End Tracking: Trace your shipment through the portal until final delivery is confirmed.
